ACCOUNT SIGNUP
In order to receive property listing emails that are tailored to your search criteria, you need to create SAVED SEARCHES and SAVED PROPERTIES inside of your account.
SAVED SEARCHES
How to Save Searches
Click on “Advanced Search” from the home page and set your criteria and then click “search”. Once results have displayed, click “Save Search” in the upper left of the search results.
How It Works
If you save a search in your account for properties under $250K in a certain city, then you will be emailed property updates for that area and that price range along with any other criteria that you set for the search.
SAVED PROPERTIES
How to Save Properties
Click on the heart icon on the property and it will immediately be added to your saved properties.
How It Works
If you save a property and something changes on that property then you will receive an email about those updates to that particular property.

To create an account click the “USER SIGNUP” button below. Make sure you verify your account with the email that will be sent to you after you sign up.
